Galvanization workshop:
This workshop enjoys several zinc bathes
with the dimension of 8.00*1.80*1.00 Meters
and 170tons capacity and capabable for
galvanizing the parts in 6.3*1.20*1.00
Meters dimensions up to 14meters long and 10
tons weight. All the parts galvanizing
operations are done in accordance with DIN &
ASTMA123 standards by hot floating
processes.30.000 tons capacity of
productions per year , secures main sector
of country's requirements , in addition
Ruein Saz needs.
Steel Structures workshop:
Ruein saz company , enjoys the specialized
personnel and modern machinery including
6meter long Berek press machines, 250mm
angle cutter, stroke and hydraulic presses,
guillotines, crank and band saws and radial
drills. The lathing and die making workshop
of this factory is equipped with turning, millny and surface grinding machines
.various kind of steel structure are
manufacture in this workshop global
standards & allowed tolerances with
capability for producing more than 5000 tons
steel.
